An unusual design in this Dendritic Agate! The stone is set in sterling and 18kt and measures 1” x 1”.
Dendritic Agate. The term “dendritic” itself is derived from the Greek word “dendron,” meaning tree. These dendritic formations are mineral deposits, usually of manganese or iron oxide, that have worked their way into the fine cracks and fissures of the agate during its formation.
